I was born in Vienna, but have spent most of my life in Switzerland. In 1985 I moved to Ticino, where I got married and have two daughters.

From a young age, I was attracted by the fascinating world of stones and trained as a gemologist, but my passion for colours and painting led me to enrol at the Bern University of the Arts, where I attended various courses.
However, the task of being a young mother made me look for alternative healing methods for my loved ones, bringing me closer to natural medicine. I later deepened my training as a naturopath by attending schools and seminars on complementary medicine. In 1996 I opened my own naturopathic practice in Viganello.

At the end of the 1990s, I learnt about frequency medicine through comprehensive training in bioresonance therapy in Germany and Switzerland, which I continue to deepen today through annual refresher courses.

In 2003, I was diagnosed with a serious illness, an event that marked a profound turning point in my life. In search of healing and inner harmony, I turned to art and stones and discovered their extraordinary therapeutic power. This path led me to combine crystal therapy with painting, which resulted in a new creative approach: Healing Art’, the art of healing through stones. By combining energy and colour, this art form becomes a bridge between body, mind and soul, promoting well-being and inner transformation.

In 2004, I met Dr Wilfried Nelles, a student of Bert Hellinger, the creator of family and systemic constellations. Fascinated by the extraordinary therapeutic possibilities of this method, which is also able to heal the soul, I decided to continue my training in Germany under the guidance of Dr Nelles in order to deepen it. I completed my training with a diploma as a constellation facilitator.

Today I can say with confidence that I have fully recovered from my illness, which was a turning point in my life. This event led me to a deeper level of consciousness. Artistic practice combined with a deeper knowledge of natural healing was fundamental in overcoming this difficult time and turned it into an opportunity for growth and rebirth.

Today I offer my skills by providing holistic care to my patients. My approach is based on a view of the human being as an inseparable unity between body and soul that goes beyond simply analysing symptoms and diseases. In order to stay up to date and meet the requirements of health insurance companies, I obtained the Federal Diploma in Traditional European Medicine (MTE) in 2018.

In 2021, at the age of 61, I will be moving my practice from Viganello to Bironico. The space had become too small and no longer met the needs and requirements of the holistic therapies I practised. Over the years, my wellness studio has grown and developed into the Centro Etelia. In Villa Etelia I have found the ideal place, with the perfect premises to accompany me in this new phase of my life’s journey, which is deeply connected to natural medicine.
